We have a core of networking professionals and senior engineers on call at all times and can use a variety of technologies to give you the best possible support experience. This includes support via telephone, remote control of the PC via the internet or onsite support for installation and other issues.
With the increase in remote working and e-mail availability, DTCS are also using remote control software that can control PDA and Blackberry devices - thus increasing the levels of support and assistance that we can provide.
All jobs and requests are booked into our service desk and you, as the end user, receive regular updates and notifications at all stages.
