Despite all precautions you might need a rapid response to a critical IT problem. When required we will be out on-site to begin fixing your issues within two hours (remote support will carried out up to this point when available)
Our dedicated
service desk is able to resolve the vast majority of problems remotely, using a mixture of remote logon software and console streaming to access network equipment. Utilising these tools we can provide an immediate response to your computer issues.
On occasions, however, it may be more appropriate for IT to have a physical presence at your office. It could - in the rare instance - be a necessity and we will get to your site to assess and resolve your issues.
